This hybrid role balances on-site coordination with remote work flexibility, overseeing project teams, budgets, schedules, and client relationships to ensure high-quality outcomes.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, 7+ years of project management experience, and proficiency with MS Project or Primavera.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in civil engineering project management.
• Proven track record of delivering infrastructure projects on time and on budget.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Experience with project management software such as MS Project and Primavera.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of civil engineering projects from planning to construction.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Lead and motivate project teams and ensure clear communication.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders.
• Oversee quality control and regulatory compliance.
• Identify and mitigate risks in a hybrid work setting.
