Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field.
• 3–5 years in systems optimization, workflow automation, or digital operations infrastructure.
• Experience in fast-growing startups or scale-up environments.
• Experience supporting operational systems in real estate development, hospitality, or related industries preferred.
• Strong expertise configuring Monday.com and SharePoint for enterprise collaboration.
• Advanced capability in Zapier, Make/Integromat, middleware integrations, and API connectivity.
• Experience integrating Generative AI platforms into workflows.
• Strategic thinking to translate operations into scalable digital systems.
• Independent, proactive, and adaptable in fast-moving environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in English.

Responsibilities

• Architect and manage Monday.com as the centralized operational platform with automation structures.
• Design and maintain centralized SharePoint document management with secure info architecture.
• Develop integrations between Monday.com, SharePoint, Slack, Google Workspace, CRM, and other platforms.
• Build and run workflow automations using Zapier, Make/Integromat, and API integrations.
• Implement Generative AI solutions to automate repetitive processes and meetings-to-tasks.
• Create dashboards and executive visibility tools for real-time monitoring.
• Collaborate with department heads to map pain points and design scalable processes.
• Support cross-functional digital transformation across multiple business units.
