Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Operations, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in systems optimization, workflow automation, digital operations infrastructure, or process engineering.
Experience in fast-growing startups, scale-ups, or dynamic multi-business organizations.
Preferred: experience in real estate development, property management, hospitality, agencies, or related industries.
Strong expertise configuring Monday.com and SharePoint for enterprise collaboration.
Advanced skills in Zapier, Make/Integromat, middleware integrations, and API connectivity.
Experience integrating Generative AI platforms into operational workflows.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management across departments.

Responsibilities

Architect, optimize, and manage Monday.com as the centralized operational platform, including automation structures and workflow dependencies.
Design and maintain a centralized SharePoint document management system with scalable information architecture.
Develop integrations between Monday.com, SharePoint, Slack, Google Workspace, CRM systems, and other tools to improve data synchronization and reduce manual work.
Build and execute workflow automations using Zapier, Make/Integromat, and API-based integrations.
Implement Generative AI solutions to automate repetitive processes and convert meetings to tasks.
Create operational dashboards, reporting structures, and executive visibility tools.
Collaborate with department heads to map pain points and design scalable internal processes.
Support cross-functional digital transformation initiatives across units.
