MatchaTalent is seeking a Software Automations Integrator in a Bali-based hybrid role. You will connect Monday.com, SharePoint, Slack, Google Workspace, CRM systems, and AI tools to build a unified operational infrastructure.

The role focuses on reducing manual work, improving collaboration, and delivering scalable automation across departments. With 3–5 years in systems optimization and workflow automation, you will lead integrations, design automation workflows, and implement AI-driven

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information systems, CS, industrial engineering, business operations, or related field.
3–5 years of professional experience in systems optimization, workflow automation, or digital operations infrastructure.
Experience in fast-growing startups or multi-business organizations.
Experience supporting operational systems in real estate, hospitality, or related industries is preferred.
Strong technical expertise configuring Monday.com and SharePoint for enterprise collaboration.

Responsibilities

Architect, optimize, and manage Monday.com as the central operational platform.
Design and maintain a centralized SharePoint document management ecosystem.
Develop integrations between Monday.com, SharePoint, Slack, Google Workspace, CRM systems, and other platforms.
Build and execute workflow automations using Zapier, Make/Integromat, and API-based integrations.
Implement Generative AI solutions to automate repetitive processes and convert meetings to tasks.
Create dashboards and reporting structures for real-time monitoring.
Collaborate with department heads to map pain points and design scalable processes.
Support digital transformation initiatives across business units.
