Job summary

PT BREXA RAYA INDONESIA is seeking a Head of Production to lead daily operations in a custom, make-to-order HVAC manufacturing environment. You will manage manpower, capacity, and workflow across coils, AHU/FCU, and sheet metal fabrication, driving 5S and continuous improvement on the shop floor.

The role requires extensive experience in HVAC fabrication, strong leadership, and a proven track record of improving productivity, quality, and delivery performance in project-based or high-variation

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing or fabrication, preferably at a senior leadership level (Production Manager/Head).
• Strong knowledge of HVAC manufacturing/fabrication processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily production operations to meet targets, quality standards, manpower needs, and delivery schedules.
• Plan, organize, monitor, and control production activities, manpower allocation, capacity, and workflow.
• Develop and continuously improve production systems, SOPs, and operational controls.
