Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a seasoned Production Manager to lead cross-functional teams across Production, Maintenance, Warehouse, Supply and Engineering to meet targets on time and within budget.

The role requires a strong background in manufacturing operations, lean methods, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure high quality in HVAC/AC assembly and component manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Six Sigma, and TPM.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a managerial role (Factory/Plant/Production Manager).
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Solid understanding of production, maintenance, warehouse, and engineering operations.
• Experience in factory/manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to meet production targets on time and within budget.
• Ensure production targets (volume, efficiency, and quality) are met.
• Maintain strict product quality standards for HVAC/AC assembly and component manufacturing.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate department heads and supervisors.
• Implement continuous cost-reduction initiatives without compromising quality or safety.
