Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Experience in B2B sales or sales engineering in electrical equipment/manufacturing.
• Proven ability to manage technical sales processes and long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identify new project opportunities and expand sales within power, utilities, EPC, industrial, mining and O&G sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers, consultants and project stakeholders.
• Deliver technical presentations, prepare commercial proposals and recommend suitable electrical equipment solutions.
• Monitor tender opportunities and procurement activities related to power transmission and electrical infrastructure.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, quality and project teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Support tender submissions, contract negotiations, and post-sales activities while complying with quality and safety standards.
• Conduct regular customer visits and industry networking to strengthen market presence.
