Job summary

PT. Erajaya Swasembada, Tbk. is seeking a detail‑oriented HRIS Analyst to manage daily HCIS operations and ensure system reliability.

You will maintain employee master data, organizational structure, and lifecycle transactions such as joiners, transfers, promotions, mutations, and terminations, updating them accurately and on time.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, at least two years in HRIS related work, strong Excel skills, and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree from reputable university, from any major.
• Minimum 2 years in related field.
• Proficiency in english both written or speaking.
• Advanced in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiar with HRIS especially Pro-Int.
• Experience in making analytic reporting.
• Focus on detail parameter & process.
