Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or equivalent.
• 2 of the most recent HR experiences emphasizing recruitment and training.
• Experience developing training programs in manufacturing or similar industry.
• Strong knowledge of personnel administration and data management.
• Understanding of Indonesian labour laws and employment regulations.

Responsibilities

About the role

We are seeking a Human Resources Development professional to join our HR team on a full-time basis at our Bandung Regency location in West Java. This is a strategic position designed to drive employee engagement, talent development, and organisational effectiveness across PT Gistex Garmen Indonesia. As Human Resources Development specialist, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing programmes that enhance employee capabilities, foster a positive workplace culture, and support the company's long-term growth objectives. This role is essential to our mission of building a skilled, motivated, and committed workforce.

Key responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes based on company needs.

Screen candidates, conduct interviews and assessments, and provide selection recommendations.

Coordinate with departments regarding manpower planning and hiring needs.

Maintain candidate databases and prepare recruitment reports.

Manage employee documentation and administrative records.

Support employee career planning and succession planning initiatives to build internal talent pipelines.

Monitor manpower needs, turnover, and recruitment fulfillment.

Prepare regular HR reports for management.

Maintain accurate training records and prepare reports on employee development activities and outcomes.

Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures that support employee growth and retention.

What we’re looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.

Minimum 3 years of experience in HR/HRD.

Strong understanding of recruitment and employee selection processes.

Proficient in conducting interviews, assessments, and candidate evaluations.

Proven experience in developing and implementing training programmes in a manufacturing or similar industrial setting.

Good knowledge of personnel administration and employee data management.

Proficiency in training management systems, learning platforms, and Microsoft Office applications.

Strong organisational and project management abilities with attention to detail.

Ability to work collaboratively with people at all levels within an organisation.

Understanding of Indonesian labour laws and employment regulations.

Experience in the manufacturing/garment industry is an advantage.

Preferred: Experience with performance management, competency frameworks, or talent assessment tools.
