PT Gistex Garmen Indonesia is seeking a Human Resources Development professional to lead talent development and organisational effectiveness at our Bandung Regency site in West Java. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or equivalent.
• 2 of the most recent HR experiences emphasizing recruitment and training.
• Experience developing training programs in manufacturing or similar industry.
• Strong knowledge of personnel administration and data management.
• Understanding of Indonesian labour laws and employment regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
• Screen candidates, conduct interviews and assessments, and provide selection recommendations.
• Coordinate manpower planning and hiring needs with departments.
• Maintain candidate databases and prepare recruitment reports.
• Manage employee documentation and administrative records.
• Support career planning and succession initiatives to build internal talent pipelines.
• Monitor manpower needs, turnover, and recruitment fulfillment.
• Prepare regular HR reports for management.
• Maintain training records and report on employee development outcomes.
• Contribute to HR policies and procedures to support growth and retention.
