Job summary

PT Pacific Bio Industry in West Kalimantan seeks an experienced HR & GA leader to oversee policies, talent management, and governance in alignment with corporate strategy. The role focuses on compliance with labor laws, performance systems, and IR matters, reporting to senior management.

You will lead a team, ensure timely operations, and liaise with regulators and external partners. A Bachelor's degree and 5–10 years in HR/GA leadership, fluent English, and strong communication are required;

Key Responsibilities :

• Monitoring HR policies, procedures, and governance in alignment with corporate strategy.
• Oversee talent management and performance management system.
• Ensure HR operations compliance: Compensation Benefit, personel Administration and HR vendor audits.
• Develop and monitor career development programs, Individual Development Plans (IDP), and succession planning.
• Oversee company facilities and develop facility management policies.
• Manage industrial relations matters, including contract agreements and vendor management.
• Provide guidance on IR disputes, internal investigations, and regulatory compliance.
• Serve as liaison for regulatory authorities, industry associations, and external stakeholders.

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree with at least 5-10 years of experience in leadership role in HR & GA.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and Human Resource management best practices, with the ability to implement policies and procedures that comply with the corporate policies & regulatory requirements.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is a must, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior management and key stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, collaboration skills, and ability to manage team.
• Excellent time-management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
