• Monitor HR policies, procedures and governance aligned with strategy.
• Oversee talent management and performance management systems.
• Ensure HR operations compliance: compensation, personnel administration and audits.
• Develop and monitor career development programs and IDPs.
• Oversee facilities management and develop policies.
• Manage industrial relations, contracts and vendor management.
• Provide guidance on IR disputes and regulatory compliance.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities, industry associations and external stakeholders.
