PT Shinhan Indo Finance is seeking an HR & Administration professional to support monthly and annual tax reporting, payroll, and BPJS administration. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in economics or accounting, 2–3 years in HR/administration, and hands-on experience with HRIS tools such as Mekari Talenta.

KITAS/ITAS knowledge is preferred, with placement at the Head Office in East Jakarta. The role requires a solid understanding of government regulations and internal HC

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR and administration.
• Prepare and manage monthly & annual tax reporting (PPh 21), payroll, and BPJS administration.
• Experience using HRIS, preferably Mekari Talenta.
• Experience in handling KITAS/ITAS and related documentation is preferred.
• Good understanding of government regulation, company policies, and human capital procedures.
• Willing to be placed at Head Office SIF, Wisma Indomobil I, East Jakarta.
