Humana is seeking an experienced Legal & Compliance Assistant Manager to oversee contracts, licenses, and regulatory matters for our Jakarta operations. The role requires close collaboration with multiple divisions to ensure compliance and alignment with business goals.

The ideal candidate will have strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills, plus fluency in English and a proactive, team-oriented mindset. Overtime may be required to meet deadlines and support regulatory requirements.

Competenze

• At least 3 years of experience in legal & compliance.
• Solid knowledge of local laws and regulations with regulatory liaison experience.
• Excellent legal analyt ical, drafting, opinion and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• able to work toward deadlines with urgency and overtime if needed.
• Proactive with strong problem-solving and communication abilities.

Mansioni

• Prepare and review contracts, letters of agreements and related documents to ensure compliance with business goals.
• Maintain documentation database and coordinate with divisions on contracts preparation and execution.
• Ensure licenses and permits for commercial/operational activities are in place as per laws.
• Direct liaising with external parties, government bodies, and regulators.
• Develop and implement legal risk management strategies in collaboration with other functions.
• Provide strategic legal insight and mitigation plans for significant regulatory developments.
• Organize and coordinate Directors' and Shareholders' meetings and prepare documentation.
• Manage disputes, litigation, and regulatory matters affecting the business.
• Protect intellectual property rights (IPR) including trademarks, patents, trade secrets, copyrights.
• Participate in due diligence when required and handle compliance training.
