Job summary

Humana in Jakarta is seeking an HR Generalist to support the HR Manager in daily operations, oversee recruitment and onboarding, employee engagement, training development, industrial relations, HR administration, and policy compliance.

Ideal candidates have 5 years in an HR Generalist role (managerial capacity), CHRMP certification, fluency in English, strong knowledge of labor laws, and excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Min. 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
• CHRMP certification is required.
• Fluent in English both oral and written.
• Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
• In-depth knowledge of labor laws and government regulations.
• Strong negotiation and mediation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literate (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint).
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supports the HR Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the human resources department.
• Managing recruitment & onboarding, employee engagement, training development, industrial relations, HR Administration, and HR policy & compliance implementation within the company.
• Ensures that HR practices align with the organization\'s strategic goals and labour regulations
• Assist HR Manager to develop and manage effective industrial relations strategies (ensuring compliance with labour regulations, facilitating communication between management and employees, and handling disputes and negotiations).
• Any other tasks / projects that may be assigned from time to time.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Law, Psychology, or related field

CHRMP certification

Fluent English (oral and written)
