Job summary

PT Intikom Berlian Mustika - Talent Acquisition is seeking a Data Center Huawei Support Specialist to monitor and maintain Huawei infrastructure in a live data center environment. You will perform proactive monitoring, health checks, and basic troubleshooting on a wide range of Huawei devices while ensuring service continuity.

Responsibilities include incident handling from L1 through vendor escalation, daily operations, reporting, and participation in change control procedures.

Qualifications

S1 degree in IT/IS/CE or related field.
Experience or understanding of Huawei infrastructure.
Basic understanding of Huawei products listed.
Knowledge of servers, storage, and networking basics.

Responsibilities

Monitor Huawei infrastructure in Data Center.
Perform proactive monitoring and health checks on Huawei devices.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues at L1.
Escalate to L2/L3 or vendor when needed.
Document incidents and create trouble tickets.
Assist with patching and maintenance activities.
Prepare reports on operational activities and incidents.
