Job summary

PT Amazon Data Services Indonesia is seeking a Data Center Operations Technician to manage the on-site hardware lifecycle of our IT infrastructure. You will support rack installation, hardware fixes, and diagnostic tasks while ensuring operational stability, uptime, and safety in a fast-paced data center environment.

The role involves on-call duties, 24x7 shift coverage, and collaboration with a diverse team of engineers and operations staff to maintain the highest standards in data center

Qualifications

• Computer/Server hardware troubleshooting experience.
• Networking knowledge including fiber troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Remote Access (Console routers, IPMI, BMC), network installation and Data Center Operations.
• Minimum 3+ years in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Maintain on-site hardware lifecycle and Data Center infrastructure.
• Install server racks and perform hardware break‑fix and troubleshooting.
• Respond to trouble tickets and meet SLAs.
• Participate in 24x7 shift coverage and change management.
