Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years in a Data Centre environment preferred.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain critical data centre equipment with 100% uptime focus.
• Plan and complete planned and reactive work orders on or before due dates.
• Assist in project planning, supervision, and handover of facility changes.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and follow housekeeping standards.
• Analyze equipment failures and prepare root-cause analyses and action plans.
• Develop site procedures for maintenance and operation of critical systems.
• Support technical issues, project management, and vendor reporting.
• Escort and supervise third-party engineers and contractors per site standards.
• Monitor alarms in FOC, BMS, and Fire systems and respond promptly.
