Job summary

Syntek Energy & Control is seeking an HSE professional to lead health, safety, and environment efforts across internal works and external projects in Jakarta. You will develop and implement HIRADC, HSE plans, JSA, and PTW, and prepare routine project reports.

The role requires a minimum D4/S1 in OHS, AK3 Umum certification, at least one year of experience, and fluent English. Travel for site visits and audits is expected, with a hands-on EPC/RE project background preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of HSE experience.
• Ahli K3 Umum (AK3 Umum) certification from Kemnaker.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and SMK3.
• Understanding of CSMS for tender and bidding.
• Experience with HIRADC, JSA, HSE Plan and PTW.
• Willingness to travel for site visits and audits.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Job description

Requirements :

- Conduct HSE inductions and routine inspections for internal works and fit-out activities.

- Proficient in developing HIRADC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Determining Control), HSE Plan, JSA (Job Safety Analysis), Permit to Work (PTW), and emergency response plan.

- Prepare and submit internal and external project HSE reports

- Minimum D4/S1 degree in Occupational Health and Safety.

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in HSE.

- Mandatory Ahli K3 Umum (AK3 Umum) certification from the Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker).

- Good understanding of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and SMK3 standards.

- Strong understanding of CSMS (Contractor Safety Management System) documentation for tender and bidding processes.

- Strong understanding of HIRADC, JSA, HSE Plan and Permit to Work (PTW).

- Flexible and willing to travel for site visits, audits, and safety inspections.

- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

• Excellent English, both oral and written.
• Hands-on experience in Substation (AIS/GIS) secondary engineering projects in Solar PV, BESS, Hybrid Power Plant, or conventional Power Plant projects.
• Experience in detail engineering design (DED) as EPC contractor or site construction monitoring as owner engineer (OE) in RE project.
