Job summary

KitaLulus is seeking an experienced OHSE professional to lead safety systems and risk management across our manufacturing operations in Indonesia. You will conduct investigations, drive corrective actions, and ensure compliance with ISO 45001/14001 standards while coordinating training and emergency drills.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement in environmental and safety performance, with responsibility for regulatory compliance and audit coordination within a FMCG context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in safety, environmental science/engineering, industrial engineering, or related field.
• 2–5+ years of OHSE experience in manufacturing operations (FMCG or food/beverage preferred).
• Solid understanding of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001; hazard management and RCA tools; local Indonesian regulations.

Responsibilities

• Implement OHSE systems and risk management across factory departments.
• Lead incident investigations and manage corrective/preventive actions.
• Monitor environmental aspects including wastewater, waste management, and energy/water conservation.
• Coordinate safety trainings, drills, and Emergency Response Team readiness.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• OHSE Systems & Risk Management: Implement safety protocols, conduct routine inspections, execute Job Safety Analyses (JSA), and enforce permit-to-work systems across factory departments.
• Incident Investigation: Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for near-misses, accidents, and environmental incidents; manage corrective and preventive action tracking.
• Environmental & Sustainability: Monitor wastewater, waste management, emissions, and energy/water conservation projects to align with local regulations and ISO standards.
• Training & Drills: Coordinate safety inductions, toolbox talks, fire/emergency evacuation drills, and lead the Emergency Response Team (ERT) readiness.
• Audits & Compliance: Maintain OHSE recordkeeping, ensure statutory compliance with Indonesian regulations, and manage internal/external ISO audit findings.

Key Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors Degree in Safety, Environmental Science/Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Experience: 2 to 5+ years of OHSE experience within manufacturing operations (FMCG, food/beverage experience strongly preferred).
• Standards & Systems: Solid understanding of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, hazard management, RCA tools, and local Indonesian environmental/labor regulations.
• Certifications (Preferred): Professional OHSE certification, First Aid, Fire Safety, or Emergency Response certifications.
