Job summary

KitaLulus is seeking an OHSE professional to lead safety systems and risk management across manufacturing operations in Indonesia. You will implement safety protocols, perform JSA, conduct inspections, and enforce permit-to-work processes.

The role also includes leading RCA for incidents, monitoring environmental and sustainability efforts, coordinating inductions and drills, and managing ISO audit findings in compliance with local regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Safety, Environmental Science/Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Experience: 2 to 5+ years of OHSE experience within manufacturing operations (FMCG, food/beverage experience strongly preferred).
• Standards & Systems: ISO 45001, ISO 14001, hazard management, RCA tools, and local regulations.
• Certifications (Preferred): Professional OHSE certification, First Aid, Fire Safety, or Emergency Response certifications.

Responsibilities

• OHSE Systems & Risk Management: Implement safety protocols, conduct routine inspections, execute Job Safety Analyses (JSA), and enforce permit-to-work systems across factory departments.
• Incident Investigation: Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for near-misses, accidents, and environmental incidents; manage corrective and preventive action tracking.
• Environmental & Sustainability: Monitor wastewater, waste management, emissions, and energy/water conservation projects to align with local regulations and ISO standards.
• Training & Drills: Coordinate safety inductions, toolbox talks, fire/emergency evacuation drills, and lead the Emergency Response Team (ERT) readiness.
• Audits & Compliance: Maintain OHSE recordkeeping, ensure statutory compliance with Indonesian regulations, and manage internal/external ISO audit findings.
