Job summary

PT LBM ENERGI BARU INDONESIA BATANG in Batang, Central Java, seeks a seasoned Health and Safety Lead to develop and implement programs ensuring regulatory compliance and company standards. You will conduct assessments, manage hazardous waste, investigate incidents, train staff, and maintain records while staying current with evolving regulations.

This role requires CSP or equivalent, a bachelor’s in related field, OSHA knowledge, and ability to lead emergency response teams in a heavy

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Environmental Science, OHS, or related field.
• Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or similar certification.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with safety management software.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience in heavy manufacturing preferred.

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field

Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or similar certification

In-depth knowledge of OSHA standards and other regulatory requirements
