Job summary

PT Tuffindo Nittoku Autoneum seeks an experienced HSE Officer to lead health, safety and environmental programs at our manufacturing facility in Karawang. You will oversee HIRA/HIRADC, audits, regulatory compliance and incident investigations, while driving continuous improvement in EHS performance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, AK3U certification, and at least two years of experience in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an HSE Officer.
• Certified General OHS Expert (AK3U).
• Familiar with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and PROPER; training preferred.
• Knowledge of HIRADC/HIRA, environmental aspect & impact assessment, HSE inspection and audit, incident investigation, and emergency response.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving and reporting skills.
• Good teamwork and communication; proactive and persuasive.

Responsibilities

• Conduct HIRA/HIRADC and Environmental Aspect & Impact Assessment.
• Monitor HSE legal compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Implement HSE programs, inspections, Safety & 5S Patrols, and follow-up actions.
• Conduct incident investigations and coordinate corrective & preventive actions.
• Monitor environmental management including control B3 waste, domestic waste, wastewater, and chemical management.
• Conduct HSE induction, training, and awareness programs and ensure HSE compliance.
• Monitor HSE performance, support ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 implementation and reporting.

Job description

Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Occupational Health & Safety (K3), Public Health, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience as an HSE Officer, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Certified General OHS Expert (Ahli K3 Umum/AK3U).

Familiar with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and PROPER; relevant training or certification is preferred.

Knowledge of HIRADC/HIRA, environmental aspect & impact assessment, HSE inspection and audit, incident investigation, and emergency response.

Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving and reporting skills.

Good teamwork and communication skill, proactive, assertive, persuasive.
