Job summary

Stella International Holdings Limited in Sukoharjo, Indonesia is seeking an HSE Engineer to lead electrical safety initiatives and assist in energy management and fire safety compliance. You will conduct daily shop-floor inspections and support audits to ensure adherence to HSE standards.

You will collaborate with maintenance and production teams, identify risks, and recommend preventive actions, while promoting energy efficiency and continuous safety improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma or bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience in HSE, electrical safety, or industrial maintenance preferred.
• Able to understand and create SLD is a plus.
• Good understanding of electrical systems, energy management, and fire safety standards.
• Familiar with HSE regulations and compliance audits.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Willing to conduct routine field inspections and monitor HSE implementation in production areas.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• English proficiency is required.
• AK3 Electrical Safety certification will be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for safety activities within the safety section, including electrical safety, energy-related projects, and fire safety systems.
• Support end-to-end compliance activities and sustainability audits in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct daily inspections on the shop floor to ensure proper implementation of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards.
• Ensure all electrical systems and installations are operated safely and in compliance with applicable regulations.
• Assist in identifying risks and recommending preventive actions related to electrical and fire safety hazards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to energy efficiency and safety performance.
