Job summary

PT. Universal Agri Bisnisindo membuka posisi HSE untuk mengawal program kesehatan kerja, keselamatan, dan lingkungan di fasilitas produksi di Kalimantan Selatan. Anda akan melakukan inspeksi, identifikasi bahaya, dan penilaian risiko secara rutin sambil memastikan kepatuhan terhadap regulasi terkait.

Peran ini juga mencakup pelaksanaan induksi keselamatan, pelatihan, dan audit PPE. Posisi ini menuntut kemampuan komunikasi yang kuat, inisiatif, serta kemampuan bekerja mandiri maupun dalam tim.

Qualifications

• Gelar sarjana di bidang publik health, K3, Kesehatan Lingkungan, Teknik Lingkungan, Teknik Kimia, Teknik Industri atau bidang terkait.

Responsibilities

• Implementasikan program HSE dan monitor kepatuhan terhadap kebijakan serta regulasi perusahaan.
• Lakukan inspeksi tempat kerja, identifikasi bahaya, dan penilaian risiko untuk lingkungan kerja yang aman.
• Pastikan kepatuhan terhadap peraturan kesehatan kerja, keselamatan, dan lingkungan di area produksi serta operasional.
• Selenggarakan induksi keselamatan, toolbox meeting, briefing keselamatan, dan program peningkatan kesadaran HSE bagi karyawan dan kontraktor.
• Pantau pelaksanaan PPE secara benar dan penggunaan alat pelindung diri.
• Selidiki kecelakaan kerja, insiden, dan near miss; identifikasi akar masalah & rekomendasikan tindakan korektif.

Job description

Implement and monitor HSE programs in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.

Conduct regular workplace inspections, hazard identification, and risk assessments to ensure a safe working environment.

Ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations across production and operational areas.

Conduct safety induction, toolbox meetings, safety briefings, and other HSE awareness programs for employees and contractors.

Monitor the proper implementation and usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Investigate workplace accidents, incidents, and near misses, including identifying root causes and recommending corrective and preventive actions.

Support the implementation of emergency preparedness and response programs, including emergency drills.

Monitor environmental aspects such as waste management, chemical handling, and other environmental compliance requirements.

Prepare and maintain HSE reports, documentation, and records.

Promote and continuously improve safety awareness and a positive safety culture within the workplace.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in public health, Occupational Health & Safety (K3), Environmental Health, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.

Minimum 2 years of working experience in HSE, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Having a General OHS Expert (Ahli K3 Umum) certification will be an advantage.

Good understanding of occupational health and safety regulations, hazard identification, risk assessment, and incident investigation.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.

Willing to be placed in South Kalimantan.
