Job summary

JAPFA in Indonesia seeks a SHE Manager to oversee and implement safety, health, and environmental programs within a designated Strategic Business Unit, ensuring a safe and compliant workplace. You will lead development and monitoring of policies, conduct risk assessments, investigate incidents, deliver training, and maintain records.

You will collaborate with SBU management to integrate SHE into operations and report to stakeholders and regulators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in SHE supervision, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
• Certified K3 Umum (General Occupational Safety and Health Expert) or equivalent certification.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian SHE regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to conduct effective training sessions and presentations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit SHE reports to relevant stakeholders and regulatory bodies as required.
• Ensure emergency preparedness and response plans are in place and regularly tested.
• Promote a strong safety culture through active engagement and communication with employees.
