Job summary

MR.D.I.Y. Indonesia is seeking an experienced Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Manager to lead and maintain comprehensive ESH programs on site in Jakarta Pusat.

The role requires 5+ years in HSE management, a recognized Ahli K3 Umum certification, and strong knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards. You will conduct risk assessments, organize trainings, and coordinate incident investigations to ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Health and Safety management.
• Mandatory certification as Ahli K3 Umum (General OSH Expert) recognized by the Ministry of Manpower.
• Expert knowledge of K3 Regulations and Occupational Safety and Health standards.
• Bachelor degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Strong analytical skills for risk assessment and incident root cause analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence safety behavior at all levels.
