Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in OHS or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in an HSE administrative or similar role.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• AK3 Umum, IOSH, OSHA or equivalent certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HSE records, registers, databases, and filing systems.
• Monitor compliance with company HSE standards and regulatory requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and training sessions.
• Assist with workplace inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Compile and analyze HSE statistics and support audits and inspections.
