Job summary

PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk seeks an experienced SHE Supervisor to oversee Safety, Health, and Environment programs within a designated SBU. You will ensure a safe, compliant workplace, conduct audits, lead investigations into incidents, and drive training and awareness across the organization.

Responsibilities include maintaining records, collaborating with SBU leadership, and reporting to regulators as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of SHE supervision experience, preferably in food manufacturing.
• Certified K3 Umum or equivalent safety certification.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian SHE regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and training abilities.

Job Summary

Job Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor SHE policies, procedures, and programs in accordance with company standards and local regulations for the assigned SBU.
• Conduct regular SHE inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and ensure compliance.
• Investigate all incidents, accidents, and near misses, determine root causes, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Provide SHE training and awareness programs to employees at all levels within the SBU.
• Maintain accurate records of SHE performance, incidents, inspections, and training.
• Collaborate with SBU management to integrate SHE considerations into operational planning and decision-making.
• Prepare and submit SHE reports to relevant stakeholders and regulatory bodies as required.
• Ensure emergency preparedness and response plans are in place and regularly tested.
• Promote a strong safety culture through active engagement and communication with employees.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
