Job summary

Aice Group Holdings Pte Ltd, established in Singapore in May 2015, seeks an experienced HRIS Manager to manage and maintain the company’s HRIS, ensuring data accuracy, system reliability, and efficient HR operations in Jakarta.

The role requires 6+ years in HRIS with 3+ years in management, Mandarin and English proficiency, and collaboration with HR/IT/Finance to deliver reports, SOPs, and system enhancements. Based in Pantai Indah Kapuk, Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, IT, Computer Science, HR or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in HRIS or HR systems, including 3+ years in a managerial role.
• Experience managing HR systems, employee data, system integration, or process automation.
• Strong understanding of HR processes including administration, recruitment, attendance, payroll coordination, and performance management.
• Excellent analytical and data management skills with data validation and reconciliation.
• Knowledge of system integration, data migration, workflow automation or reporting tools such as Power BI is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving, project management, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• High attention to detail, integrity and awareness of data confidentiality & information security.
• Mandarin & English proficiency is a MUST.

Establish standardized data management procedures, validation processes, and regular data audits to minimize errors and discrepancies.

Identify opportunities for system integration, automated data synchronization, and HR process improvement to reduce manual work.

Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, and system vendors to resolve issues, implement enhancements, and ensure systems meet business needs.

Develop HR reports and dashboards to support workforce planning and HR decision‑making.

Monitor system performance, user access, data security, and compliance with company policies and applicable privacy requirements.

Develop HRIS SOPs and user training to ensure consistent system usage across departments.

Lead HRIS improvement projects and support the company’s HR digital transformation.

Job Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, IT, Computer Science, HR or a related field.

+6 years of experience in HRIS or HR systems, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.

Experience managing HR systems, employee data, system integration, or process automation, preferably across multiple platforms.

Good understanding of HR processes, including employee administration, recruitment, attendance, payroll coordination, and performance management.

Strong analytical and data management skills, including data validation, reconciliation, and advanced Microsoft Excel.

Knowledge of system integration, data migration, workflow automation, or reporting tools such as Power BI is an advantage.

Strong problem‑solving, project management, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.

High attention to detail, integrity, and awareness of data confidentiality & information security.

Mandarin & English proficiency is a MUST.

Willing to be based in Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK), Jakarta.
