Job summary

Aice Group Holdings Pte Ltd seeks a field operations specialist in Surabaya to visit markets, collect insights, and ensure proper product placement and pricing alignment. You will inspect outlets, observe stock and promotions, and communicate findings to the sales team.

The role requires attention to detail, reporting skills, and the ability to travel extensively within the region. Fresh graduates are welcome; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any major.
• Fresh graduates or those with Sales or Field Operations experience are an advantage.
• Fluency in Mandarin is an advantage.
• Strong observation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, objective reporting skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting.
• Willingness to travel and perform high field mobility.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular market visits according to the assigned schedule and coverage area.
• Identify, observe, and collect information on market challenges, issues, and needs from outlets, distributors, and customers.
• Perform field inspections on sales area execution including outlet visits, product display, stock condition, pricing and promotions compliance, and SOP adherence.
• Monitor and report on competitor activities in pricing, promotions, and in-store branding.
• Provide feedback and improvement recommendations to area sales teams based on findings.
• Prepare and submit accurate inspection and market visit reports to management.
• Coordinate with sales teams, distributors, and related parties to support field issue resolution.
• Maintain good relationships with outlets, distributors, and key stakeholders in assigned areas.

Job description

Conduct regular market visits according to the assigned schedule and coverage area.

Identify, observe, and collect information on market challenges, issues, and needs from outlets, distributors, and customers.

Perform field inspections on sales area execution, including but not limited to outlet visit coverage, product display and merchandising, product availability and stock condition, pricing and promotion compliance, adherence to sales SOP and company guidelines, and ensure proper execution of sales and marketing programs in the market.

Monitor and collect competitor activities, including pricing, promotions, and in-store branding.

Provide constructive feedback and improvement recommendations to area sales teams based on inspection findings.

Prepare and submit accurate and timely inspection and market visit reports to management.

Coordinate with sales teams, distributors, and related parties to support issue resolution in the field.

Maintain good relationships with outlets, distributors, and key stakeholders in assigned areas.

Job Requirement

Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree of any major
