Job summary

PT. ALPEN FOOD INDUSTRY is seeking a dedicated Sales Manager to plan and execute effective sales strategies across the assigned territory in Indonesia, driving revenue growth.

You will supervise the sales team, build strong relationships with outlets and distributors, and ensure targets for sales, distribution, and promotions are met while aligning with brand guidelines and company standards. Travel within the region is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years in sales and distribution in Modern Trade and Horeca.
• Strong knowledge of distribution channels, sales operations, and outlet management.
• Proven analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data and strategize.

Job description

Assist in planning and executing effective sales strategies within the assigned territory to drive revenue growth.

Supervise and evaluate the performance of the sales team across designated areas, ensuring the achievement of sales, distribution, and promotional targets.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with outlets, distributors, and business partners to enhance product visibility and market penetration.

Oversee the implementation of promotional activities, ensuring they align with company standards and brand guidelines.

Analyze sales data, market trends, and regional potential to identify opportunities for growth and improve overall performance.

Provide ongoing training, motivation, and coaching to the sales team to boost productivity, instill discipline, and enhance team effectiveness.

Collaborate with logistics, marketing, and finance departments to ensure seamless operational execution in the field.

Perform additional area management duties as assigned by the supervisor to support overall business objectives.

Job Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 4 years’ experience in sales and distribution in Modern Trade and Horeca channels.

Strong knowledge of distribution channels, sales operations, and outlet management.

Proven analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and develop effective area strategies.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Comfortable working in a target-driven environment and willing to travel frequently within assigned areas.

Mandarin proficiency is a plus.

Highly disciplined, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.
