PT GLOBAL DISTRIBUTION PARTNER is seeking a capable HRGA professional to manage daily HR and general affairs, covering recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and compliance with Indonesian labor laws. You will oversee employee lifecycle, contracts, performance, and offboarding while maintaining policies and records.
The role requires 2–3 years in HR/HRGA, strong regulatory knowledge, and proficiency in Excel. Mandarin and/or English are a plus. WFO: Tangerang, Indonesia.
* Manage and oversee daily Human Resources and General Affairs (HRGA) activities.
*Handle the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, performance management, and offboarding.
*Develop and maintain company HR policies, SOPs, employment contracts, and regulations.
*Ensure company compliance with applicable Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations.
*Manage employee relations and handle disciplinary actions, grievances, and workplace issues.
*Prepare and maintain accurate employee records and HR reports.
*Coordinate with management regarding manpower planning, organizational development, and employee performance.
*Handle General Affairs, including company facilities, office administration, assets, and employee support.
*Liaise with government institutions and external parties when required.
*Support management in resolving HR-related legal and compliance matters.
*Prepare regular HR reports and analysis for management.
*Bachelor's degree (S1) in Human Resources Management, Management, Law, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
*Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR/HRGA, preferably as an HR Generalist or HR Manager.
*Strong knowledge of Indonesian employment/labor regulations and HR practices.
*Good understanding of payroll, BPJS, PPh 21, employee benefits, and HR administration.
*Experience handling recruitment, employee relations, disciplinary procedures, and HR documentation.
*Good understanding of General Affairs and office administration.
*Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
*Mandarin and/or English proficiency, both spoken and written, is preferred/required depending on company needs.
*Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
*Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with management and employees.
*Experience in a Chinese-owned company/manufacturing/trading environment is an advantage.
*Must be familiar with Indonesian labor laws and regulations
*WFO : PIK 2, Monday - Friday : 10.00 - 18.00 WIB, Saturday 10.00 - 16.00 WIB
