Job summary

RGF HR Agent Indonesia is assisting a Japanese automation company in its search for an HRGA Assistant Manager. The role focuses on end-to-end recruitment, payroll coordination, and meticulous HR record-keeping across onboarding, probation, and offboarding.

The ideal candidate will bring 3+ years of HRGA experience in a Japanese corporate setting, possess high integrity and strong organizational skills, and communicate effectively in English and Indonesian.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as HRGA Assistant Manager handling Payroll (BPJS and PPh 21), Recruitment and GA in a Japanese company or equivalent environment.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and HR compliance.
• High integrity, detail-oriented, proactive with a sense of ownership.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviewing coordination and offer preparation.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and timelines.
• Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HRIS data.
• Coordinate onboarding, probation, confirmation, and offboarding processes.
• Oversee payroll coordination with finance or external vendors, and verify attendance, overtime, and leave records.
• Support audits, HR reporting, and performance appraisal documentation.
• Coordinate training programs and ensure training records are up to date.
