PT Agung Makmur Surya in Lumajang is seeking an HRD Supervisor to optimise workforce management, establish HRD systems, conduct recruitment, and improve employee performance and discipline.

Responsibilities include analysing workforce needs with department heads, leading recruitment activities, updating job descriptions, and implementing HRD SOPs aligned with work processes. The role requires robust HRD experience in manufacturing and strong data analysis skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Law, HRM, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel.
• Experience leading or coordinating HRD functions.
• Experience conducting interviews, selection, performance appraisal, and handling industrial relations.
• Understanding of employment law, payroll administration, and disciplinary action.

Responsabilidades

• Analyse workforce needs, workload, placement, and shift allocation with department heads.
• Execute recruitment processes including job posting, CV screening, interviews, tests, and recommendations.
• Develop and update organisational structure, job descriptions, and responsibilities.
• Establish, implement, and evaluate HRD SOPs covering recruitment, attendance, appraisal, discipline, and administration.
• Support department heads in developing operational SOPs.
• Conduct new employee orientation and monitor probation and contract completion.
• Design performance appraisal systems and monitor employee improvement.
• Handle complaints, conflicts, and disciplinary violations with documentation.
• Coordinate recruitment, placement, promotion, transfer, and termination in line with regulations.
• Ensure accuracy of contract administration, employee data, attendance, overtime, and payroll docs.
