Job summary

PT Evron Cetiga Indonesia is seeking an HR Specialist to provide day‑to‑day HR operations and administrative support. You will work with HR Shared Services and Centers of Excellence to ensure accurate and timely HR services for employees.

Responsibilities include advising on HR matters, managing records, supporting audits and governance, and coordinating HR communications and programs. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3–4 years of HR experience, with fluent English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
• 3–4 years HR experience with basic knowledge of labor relations and governance.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR advisory and respond to employee inquiries.
• Manage HR transactions, employee records, documentation, and performance trackers.
• Support ER documentation, performance and succession records, audits, and compliance.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and HR programs.
• Prepare and coordinate HR communications and collaterals.
• Execute assigned HR processes and ensure timely follow-through.
