Based in Indonesia, you will collaborate with multinational teams and lead client workshops, delivering insights and proposals to grow the T&O practice.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of consulting work in Talent & Organization, HR transformation & Change Management.
• Minimum Bachelor Degree.
• Ability to create and deliver high-impact communications to senior audiences (written and oral).
• Structured problem-solving skills.
• Thrives in collaborative, diverse team environments.
• Comfortable with digital solutions in information systems/technology-driven environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong executive-level relationship-building abilities.
• Experience with Financial services industry such as Banking, Multi-finance, Insurance, Wealth Fund.

Responsibilities

• Lead client interviews and workshops to define project goals and desired outcomes.
• Conduct analyses and present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Develop relationships with clients from Manager to Director level and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by teaming with fellow consultants and senior executives.
