Job summary

PT Grand Indonesia is seeking an HR Training Officer to oversee end-to-end training activities, manage registrations, and maintain records in support of talent development across its business units. The role collaborates with internal teams and external vendors to deliver impactful learning programs.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years in L&D or HR, be fluent in English, and demonstrate strong analytical, budgeting, and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, HR, business administration, law, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Learning & Development or HR.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital platforms.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical, reporting, and project coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer end-to-end training and development activities, including training registration, participant management, training logistics, learning evaluation, and the maintenance of training records and reports.
• Support the preparation, monitoring, and administration of training budgets, reports, and other learning and development documentation.
• Assist in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Training and Development plans, policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Provide information and administrative support to employees regarding training, learning, and development programs.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure the effective delivery of learning and development programs, training evaluations, reporting, and employee engagement programs.
