Job summary

PPPK Petra is seeking an HR Staff – Training & Development to join our Human Resources team on a full-time basis in Surabaya, Jawa Timur. This is a strategic role that plays a vital part in supporting the professional growth and development of our staff members.

As HR Staff – Training & Development, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and managing training programmes that enhance employee capabilities, support organisational objectives and foster a culture of continuous learning

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training & Development, Education or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in training and development, HR administration or a similar role.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop comprehensive training programmes tailored to the needs of staff across various departments and levels.
• Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and learning opportunities within the organisation.
• Coordinate and deliver training sessions, workshops and development activities for employees.
• Manage training budgets, resources and scheduling to ensure effective programme delivery.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes through feedback collection and performance metrics.
• Maintain training records and documentation for all staff members.
• Collaborate with department managers to understand specific training requirements and support career development initiatives.
• Identify external training providers and evaluate training opportunities for staff professional development.
• Support onboarding and induction programmes for new employees.
• Monitor and report on training activities, outcomes and return on investment to senior management.
