Job summary

Pou Chen Group Indonesia is seeking a versatile Training and Development & Recruitment professional for our Sukabumi, West Java operations. You will identify training needs, design and deliver engaging programs, and support end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and staff development.

We welcome candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Education, or related fields; experience is not required. English is an advantage. Willingness to be placed in Sukabumi is required.

Responsibilities

• Identify training needs and design development strategies; assist in delivering sessions in person and virtually.
• Assess and improve current training content and delivery to boost performance.
• Develop and update development programs; coordinate with trainers and external vendors.
• Establish and maintain performance evaluation methods for training outcomes.
• Assist end-to-end recruitment: review resumes, screen applications, schedule interviews.
• Collaborate with managers to assess candidate fit and prepare offers.
• Support onboarding; handle probation, exit interviews, and feedback.
• Maintain recruitment reports and pipelines; source candidates via job boards and social media.

Job description

Training and Development

• Collaborate with other department and other internal resources to identify training needs, recommending strategies related to training system, training development and implementation.Assist training sessions, workshops in person and virtually, ensuring engaging and effective delivery of content.
• Handle assessments and analyze the existing training system, content, design recommend training and development to drive individual and company-wide capability and performance improvement.
• Update and implement the development programs, partner with internal trainers and/or external vendors to achieve defined training, and development objectives.
• Establish and maintain individual and organizational performance evaluation methods for training content, delivery, activities, engagement and outcomes.
• Tasks/projects assigned by the supervisor

Recruitment and Staffing

• Maintain the manpower planning of each department.
• Assist on end to end recruitment, review incoming resumes, screen applications, schedule interviews.
• Collaborate with the department managers in assessing the candidates' fit for specific roles.
• Review the salary offer that align with the company regulation.
• Assist and a dministrative tasks to complete candidates' onboarding process.
• Handle the probation evaluation and conduct the exit interviews for all staff & provide feedback accordingly.
• Update the recruitment and staffing reports, such as time to fill, sourcing effectiveness, and candidate pipelines, turnover.
• Keep updating the recruitment trends and utilize various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.) to actively source and attract candidates for open positions.
• Tasks/projects assigned by the supervisor.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology,Education, Training & Development, or other applicable specialties related to the job requirements.
• Experienced and non experience are welcome to apply.
