Job summary

PT. Nusa Prima Gemilang is seeking an experienced HR leader for its Jakarta head office to guide HR activities across geothermal and nickel project development.

The role covers manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding and employee relations in a dynamic project environment. The successful candidate will establish HR functions, policies and systems for new projects, coordinate with site HRGA teams, and ensure compliance with Indonesian regulations while supporting workforce readiness for future

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Management, Law or related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR best practices.
• Experience establishing HR functions, systems, policies for new projects or greenfield operations.
• Experience supporting project development, construction, commissioning, or operational readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with project teams and management to support workforce planning during project development and construction stages.
• Coordinate with site HRGA teams to ensure effective implementation of HR initiatives and company policies.
• Support organizational development and workforce readiness for future operational requirements.
• Ensure effective communication and employee engagement across project teams.
• Manage expatriate administration and ensure compliance with Indonesian manpower and immigration regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, Law, or related field.
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR best practices.
• Proven experience in establishing HR functions, systems, policies, and procedures for new projects or greenfield operations.
• Experience supporting project development, construction, commissioning, or operational readiness phases will be an advantage.
• Experience supporting geothermal and/or nickel projects will be highly preferred.
• Knowledge of foreign manpower regulations, including RPTKA and work permit requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to travel to project sites as required.
