Job summary

PT Maxxis International Indonesia is seeking a Human Resources professional to oversee employment law, labor regulations, and employee relations in our West Java operations.

The role emphasizes coaching, labor union liaison, CSR program implementation, and regulatory compliance, aiming to build strong trust between staff and management and to sustain productive workplace relations.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Law/Psychology/Industrial Relations.
• Minimum of 1 year experiences in relevant position, preferably in manufacture industry.
• Have knowledge about regulation and law of employment
• Update about labor law issues
• HR certification as professional HR would be an advantage.
