IPH Schools is an international school in Surabaya, offering Cambridge curriculum with English instruction. We seek an HR professional to support administration, recruitment, and records within a faith-based educational setting, partnering with school leaders and ensuring compliant HR processes.

The candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, have at least two years’ HR experience in education, and be proficient in Google Workspace and MS Office to maintain accurate

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
