Job summary

YAYASAN INTAN EDUKA - IPH SCHOOLS in Surabaya seeks a visionary leader to drive Cambridge-based education, nurture character development, and uphold a biblical perspective within a high-achieving international school.

You will lead a diverse team, develop strategies aligned with school goals, evaluate performance, and foster collaboration with parents and partners. The role starts in June 2026 and requires a Master’s in education, 5+ years leadership, and IELTS 7.0.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Education or related field.
• At least 5 years of leadership/managerial experience in Education.
• IELTS Academic Overall Band Score: minimum 7.0.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment with inter-departmental planning.
• Strong communication, coordination, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Results oriented while fostering team growth and well-being.
