• Prepares objectives and outlines for courses of study following the scope and sequence of the curriculum
• Uses a variety of teaching methods and assessment processes in consideration of students' different learning styles, abilities, ESL needs, etc.
• Establishes an effective classroom environment that is positive and orderly, attractive and hospitable
• Provides feedback to students, which enables continued improvement

Sekolah Pelita Harapan is a group of five International Christian schools located in the heart of Indonesia, the city of Jakarta.
