Responsibilities

• Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage hiring strategies, coordinate interviews, and oversee the onboarding of new staff.
• Employee Relations: Mediate conflicts, address grievances, and support a healthy workplace culture.
• Compensation and Benefits: Oversee payroll administration, health plans, and total compensation packages.
• Compliance and Policy: Ensure all workplace practices follow local, state, and national labor laws.
• Mobility: Ensure all activity related with the mobility (Visa / RPTKA) arrangements are well managed.
• Training and Performance: Monitor performance appraisal systems and coordinate staff development programs.
