Job summary

Home Credit Indonesia is seeking an HR Services & Benefits Specialist to deliver efficient HR services and administer benefits programs including health and life insurance. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, Benefits Administration, or Compensation & Benefits.
• Understanding of labor regulations and employee welfare programs.
• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Comfortable working in a fast paced and dynamic working environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and employee services.
• Manage onboarding, employee data changes, and offboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Coordinate employee enrolment, changes, and termination of benefits coverage.
• Communicate benefits policies, eligibility requirements, and program updates to employees.
