Job summary

PT. Nusa Prima Gemilang seeks a seasoned HR leader to guide HR activities for geothermal and nickel project development in Indonesia. You will design and implement HR functions, policies, and systems aligned with project timelines and regulatory requirements.

You will manage manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, training, employee relations, and industrial relations, and collaborate with project teams and site HRGA to ensure effective policy deployment and expatriate compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, Law, or related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR best practices.
• Proven experience establishing HR functions, systems, policies, and procedures for new projects or greenfield operations.
• Experience supporting project development, construction, commissioning, or operational readiness phases is advantageous.
• Experience supporting geothermal and/or nickel projects preferred.
• Knowledge of foreign manpower regulations, including RPTKA and work permit requirements.
• Willing to travel to project sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Human Resources activities to support geothermal and nickel project development.
• Support establishment of HR functions, policies, procedures, and systems for new project development.
• Support manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, training, employee relations, and industrial relations activities.
• Work closely with project teams and management to support workforce planning during project development and construction stages.
• Coordinate with site HRGA teams to ensure effective implementation of HR initiatives and company policies.
• Support organizational development and workforce readiness for future operational requirements.
• Ensure effective communication and employee engagement across project teams.
• Manage expatriate administration and ensure compliance with Indonesian manpower and immigration regulations.
