Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, or HR Shared Services.
• Experience supporting multiple countries or regional HR operations preferred.
• Hands-on experience with HR ticketing systems and payroll coordination is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for employee HR inquiries.
• Deliver end to end HR operational support across the employee lifecycle.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Ensure payroll and leaves inputs are accurate and submitted on time.
