Job summary

PT. LYG Garment Indonesia is seeking an experienced HR professional to lead the HR administrative team in Majalengka.

You will supervise staff, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with local labor laws while driving recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and benefits processes. The role requires strong English communication, proficiency in MS Office, and a track record of overseeing HR operations in a manufacturing/export environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HR experience, with 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws and employment regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Able to communicate in English.
• Resume should be in English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and guide day-to-day HR administrative staff.
• Manage employee relations, address grievances, and resolve conflicts.
• Ensure HR policies comply with local labor laws and regulations.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Oversee payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
